1. Overview
SaloneCart is a marketplace operated by Afronics Technologies that connects independent sellers in Sierra Leone with customers. By creating an account or placing an order on salonecart.com, you agree to these terms.
2. Marketplace role
SaloneCart provides the platform, payment coordination, and delivery-zone logistics. Products are listed, priced, and fulfilled by independent sellers, each reviewed and approved before their products go live. SaloneCart is not the seller of record for marketplace products unless explicitly stated on a listing.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Seller and admin accounts require a password to sign in — “Sign in with Google” is available for customer accounts only. You must provide accurate information when registering or applying to sell.
4. Orders and payment
Orders can be paid for on delivery (cash), or via Orange Money / Afrimoney where available. Prices are shown in Sierra Leonean Leones (SLE) and include any active seller discounts or platform promotions at the time of purchase. Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.
5. Returns
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging — see our returns policy for details. Contact the seller directly from your order, or reach our support team.
6. Sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of what they sell, and fulfilling orders promptly. SaloneCart may suspend or remove a seller or listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use SaloneCart to list or purchase illegal goods, attempt to bypass platform fees, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform grows. Continued use of SaloneCart after a change means you accept the updated terms.
